ATTORNEY
Dianna Sriskanda
Dianna oversees the early investigation unit including the firm’s rapid-response investigative efforts, ensuring that critical evidence is identified and preserved in the immediate aftermath of a loss. Her oversight is central to the firm’s proactive philosophy, bridging the gap between initial scene documentation and long term litigation strategy.
Dianna brings deep expertise in spoliation law, with a strong focus on placing all potentially responsible parties on notice from day one. She understands that prompt issuance of formal notice to all parties involved helps protect clients against the loss of critical evidence. Her focus on early evidence preservation safeguards the integrity of the loss scene and supports accurate forensic analysis and expert evaluation. Dianna’s expertise carries over into the courtroom, where she effectively addresses spoliation issues and evidentiary disputes to advance her clients’ recovery objectives.
Dianna’s approach was refined during her time as a judicial intern for the Hon. Laura Ward in the Supreme Court, Criminal Term, New York County, where she developed a foundation in evidence and procedure that she now leverages to drive results for the firm’s clients.
